How do I return an item purchased from Twinkle Cosmetics?
At Twinkle Cosmetics, we stand by the quality of our products. Returns are only accepted for items that are defective due to manufacturing issues.
Please note that cosmetic damage caused by regular use, improper handling, or customer misuse will not be considered a defect.
Return Guidelines

Customers must provide an uncut unboxing video as proof to support any return or exchange request.

The request must be raised within 7 business days of receiving the order.
