Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via your registered email. You can use this link to monitor your shipment status in real time.

What is the estimated delivery time?

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

• During festivals, dispatch may be delayed by 1–2 days.

• Delivery to metro cities usually takes 7–8 days.

Please note: While we maintain inventory for most products, some items may be sourced directly from brands to ensure freshness, which can slightly extend dispatch times. Orders placed during sales or special offers may also experience minor delays.

What are multiple shipments?
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. This happens when items are dispatched from different warehouses. You will receive separate updates for each shipment.

Are there any shipment charges applicable?

• A shipping fee of ₹150 is applicable for prepaid orders below ₹1999.

• Orders above this value qualify for free shipping.

• Currently, we ship only within India.
